A Chemical Engineer from The Ohio State University, he blends technical insight with an instinct for what today’s consumers want.Before starting Atom in 2022, Jay led Innovation at Urban Platter, launching 100+ products and building their in-house R&D setup. Since then, he’s helped 30+ brands create standout snacks, beverages, and clean-label foods.

Raveena is a UK-educated lawyer who began her career in private equity, advising companies across India and the UK. Her work with Urban Platter strengthened her expertise in licensing, IP, and India’s complex food safety landscape. A stint at Mag St. and The Table sparked her shift into entrepreneurship. Today, as co-founder of Atom Eats and Atom Consultancy, she leads legal and regulatory functions with sharp, label-checking precision.

Sugriv, brings extensive experience across snacks, bakery, beverages, and plant-based foods. He has developed award-winning plant-based and functional products and guided multiple brands through FSSAI and ISO-compliant launches.

Vismita combines deep nutraceutical expertise with a passion for food innovation. With an M.Sc. in Nutraceuticals and certifications in HACCP and Sensory Evaluation, she develops protein beverages, functional foods, and frozen products that deliver on both market appeal and nutritional performance.
